Our Operations & Maintenance Program keeps your EV charging system running smoothly. We support all major charger brands and take care of everything, including inspections, repairs, and technical help.
With over 637 licensed electricians across Canada and the U.S., we respond fast and cover a wide service area. We’re also authorized to work with top brands like Siemens, ABB, Schneider, Tellus, and more. This program helps prevent downtime, lowers long-term costs, and protects your setup with reliable service.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Our team is here to help with any questions or issues. Support is available Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, and you can reach us by phone, email, live chat, or social media. We respond fast and stay with you until the issue is resolved.

EXTENDED SUPPORT
Every account gets a dedicated manager, available 7 days a week, 12 hours a day. You’ll always speak with someone who knows your setup. This extra support helps you solve problems faster. It’s included with select service plans.

WARRANTY REPAIRS
We cover the cost of approved part replacements. Travel, labour, or other costs are not included. Replacements apply during regular business hours. We’ll guide you through every step of the claim process.

ANNUAL INSPECTIONS
​We inspect your charger once a year using a 20-point checklist. This covers all key parts and system health. It helps catch minor issues before they grow. You get a full report after each check.

SOFTWARE SUPPORT
We keep your charger software (QEV Connect) up to date. Firmware updates are done remotely and securely. This includes performance upgrades, bug fixes, and feature updates. You’ll always run the latest version.
