Fazal, C-fondateur de QuantumEV, est un leader chevronné avec plus de trois décennies d'expérience dans la conception de solutions et dans des rôles de haute direction dans des entreprises telles que GTE Sylvania, Osram-Siemens, Comstock Canada, EnerCare, Oracle, IBM et PWC. Il a dirigé des projets et des installations en Amérique du Nord, en Afrique et au Moyen-Orient dans le secteur des services publics. En plus de son expérience de direction, Fazal est un conférencier respecté à l'Université de Toronto, où il enseigne la gestion stratégique de l'informatique d'entreprise. Il a également été directeur des solutions d'entreprise pour la ville de Toronto. Fazal est un conférencier très recherché lors des conférences internationales sur les villes intelligentes et est titulaire d'un baccalauréat ès sciences, d'un baccalauréat en économie et d'une maîtrise en administration des affaires. Il est membre d'organisations professionnelles telles que l'ISACA, le PMI et l'IEEE.
